You agree to indemnify and hold IRANK1 and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, agents, co-branders or other partners, and employees, harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys' fees, made by any third party due to or arising out of Content you submit, post, transmit or make available through the Service, your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms and Conditions of Use or any other applicable published IRANK1 usage terms, conditions, policies, or requirements, or your violation of any rights of another.

IRANK1 and Amazon.com, Inc. (“Amazon”) are independent contractors. They are not each others agents, able to obligate or contractually bind one another or affiliated in any way. When you use the Amazon.com Wishlist feature, you acknowledge that you are leaving the Site and using Amazon’s website(s).
